I’ve always been driven by the belief that when you invest in people, you’re investing in the success of your entire business. As a Senior Consultant at Talentry, I’m passionate about helping organisations create workplaces where people feel supported, valued, and able to do their best work.
My journey in HR has taken me from Brazil to Ireland and now to New Zealand. Along the way, I’ve worked with a wide range of industries and cultures, helping businesses navigate change and build strong, people-focused strategies that drive results. I’ve led everything from HR process design and performance management to leadership development and employee engagement initiatives, always with the goal of making work a better place for everyone.
Outside of work, you’ll often find me out in nature, catching up with friends over coffee or planning my next travel adventure. After all, creating great workplaces starts with living a great life yourself.
