Traditional team building often focuses on short-term connection. This workshop goes deeper helping your team understand how each person naturally works, communicates and contributes. It’s not just engaging, it’s strategic, grounded in data and designed to create lasting impact.
Yes. The assessment gives us the foundation to map your team’s unique strengths and tailor the session accordingly. We recommend allowing at least one week before the workshop for everyone to complete it.
We’ve found the sweet spot is between 8–12 people. That’s big enough for diverse perspectives and small enough for everyone to have a voice. If your team is larger, we can split into sub-groups or run multiple sessions.
You can choose a half-day (2–4 hours) or full-day (6–8 hours) format. Both cover the same core content, the full day simply gives your team more time to explore the insights, exercises and action planning in greater depth.
